After graduating from UIBE, I was employed as the assistant to the funding manager by China National Technical Import and Export Corporation. After reading a lot of related files, and analyzing the overall funding situation of the corporation, I found that the loan policy was not been put into effect. So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one year’s hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. This internal banking system made full use of the corporation’ funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.

几年以前，我曾经应聘过一个法国非常有名的出版集团在华的高级职位（这个集团在中国合 作出版了很多知名杂志），通过那次应聘我发现，中式和西式应聘简历的写法有很大的不同 。
具体地来说，西式简历有着明确的、严格的、固定的格式。从本质上来说，这是因为西方简 历是西方几百年商业社会演变和发展的结果（特别是当我看到过好几个世界著名外企的高层 领导人的简历几乎都是一个模子刻出来的，这个印象就更加的强烈）。中国改革开放只有二 十几年，中式简历不可避免地还带有很多“履历表”的痕迹。比如很多中式简历会习惯性地 写上政治面貌、健康状况、是否婚配（有的单位会以此来权衡是否分房等现实的问题）等等 ，而西式简历则没有这些内容，有些内容甚至会被认为是个人隐私。
而且，因为传统与文化的不同，中方的企事业单位比较重视人与人之间的感觉和情意，招聘 人员，也因为熟悉和理解现实中国的世事人情，对于简历并没有那么严格得近于“一根筋” 的执著要求。但是，西方企业普遍重视的则是标准和专业。因此，一份在国企求职顺利的简 历，很可能到了外企会被认为很不专业。
比如有的外企就会严格地要求，简历最好不要超过一页纸。这是因为从分工上来说，外企有 专门的招聘经理，每天都要看成百上千份简历，如果每一份简历都太厚的话，他的工作效率 会受到很大的影响。而中资企事业单位的人事部往往没有那么严格，也不一定有专门的招聘 经理。两种体制单位的考核标准和需求自然也大不相同。
所以，当你去求职的时候，一定要注意中外有别，要区别对待，对症下药。这样可以大大提 高你的成功率。

玩笑之后，让我们对比一下两份简历的不同之处。
中式的简历习惯于在简历的开头写上“个人简历”四个字，以免被用人单位和其他的文件搞 混。而西方公司因为有专门的人力资源部和专门的人事经理，所有的简历都会专门地存放， 所以不用再标明“个人简历”这四个字，否则会被人认为不专业。
不知道你注意到没有，西式简历的写法，很像西方的新闻体。先交待最重要的和最近发生的 事情（姓名、联系方式、工作经历等），然后再交待次为重要和较为遥远的事情。这是因为 在西方商业文化中，常常认为你昨天的成就（而不是前天和大前天的成就）决定你今天的机 会。对于刚进入社会的应届毕业生来说，因为还没有真正的职业经历，所以还是应该把教育 背景放在一些短期的工作实践之前，以便于用人单位能够及时准确地捕捉到你所要传达的信 息。如果你在实习的时候，有幸受过一些短期的培训，那么你应该把它放在工作经验中，而 不要混在教育背景之中，因为培训的背景也很值钱。
对于你在寒暑假期间所取得的工作实践经历，你要花点心思来好好写写。但是一个基本的原 则就是描述成就要数字化、具体化、精确化，避免使用很多、大量、不少这样的虚词。这就 要求你在实习的时候就要开始注意这方面信息的搜集和积累。比如说，猪八戒同志的简历中 ，“负责安排女子学院的女生们的接送、住宿及就餐”的描述，就不如写成“负责安排女子 学院的女生们（578名）的接送、住宿、及就餐”来的让人印象深刻。但是，切记不要瞎 编数字，因为诚信是进入外企的第一原则。一旦被核查出来在简历上弄虚作假，那么无论你 升到什么职位，都会受到致命的制裁。
另外，如果是求职外企，打印西式简历的时候，你的名字要如猪八戒同志一样用黑体大一号 的字体强调出来，以显得扬眉吐气、气宇轩昂、为人爽朗。但是，如果是写中式简历，就不 必单独强调姓名了，以免让人觉得好出风头。
无论是求职外企还是中资单位，都记得不要把自己的简历七折八叠地折在一个小信封里。一 封皱巴巴的简历信，是很难让人感到愉快的（正如每个人都喜欢整洁的没有被折过的纸一样 ）。一般的简历都是用A4纸打印的。你买一个9号的大信封正好能将它装下。如果你害怕 自己的一页简历放在信封里面空空荡荡地让人找不着，那么，我教你一个既“厚”又“薄” 的办法，就是将简历和一些证明资料、证件的复印件分开装订。然后一起放在信封中。
这样，既可以满足挑剔的外企人事经理对一页纸简历的癖好，又可以提供“所见即所得”的 证明。
请记住：见什么人递什么简历，要因地制宜，区别对待。用今日的企业术语来说，这叫以市 场为导向。
