In my opinion,they are not contradictive.Of course we should work hard to do a good job or just finish our tasks,which is our responsibility.However,it dose not mean we can not introduce fun into our work.As the old saying puts it ,all work and no play makes Jake a dull boy.It is true that all of us need recreation. Everyone has his own way of relaxing.Sometimes you can find when relax well you do job better.
So,work hard,meanwhile,have fun in the job when necessary.
