括号里怎么前者用ing,后用ed呢?

和上面同样的问题,producing 和 produced

bye 2000后面不是应该加完成时吗,为什么用的relied on 而不是 had rely on

而后面(which produced only 10 units)是定语从句,表示过去生产的,修饰oil,这里的produced对应前面的was produced,都是过去式
producing almost 75% of electricty是现在分词做伴随壮语,同样也与时态无关,这里的produced和前面的had developed 是对应的 都是过去式,不过前面一个用过去完成表完成,后面一般过去式只是表过去的状态
2by （the time） 可以表示
1)到…为止
2)当……时
by the time 表示到…为止时,从句用过去时时,主句通常用过去完成时.
表示当……时,只是说过去某个时候的状态,不表示完成,就用过去时.
By 2000 these two countries relied on different principal fuel sources.这里rely依靠没有已经完成的意思,只是描述当时这个时间点的状态.所以用过去时
其实By 2000 nuclear power had developed into the main source,producing almost 75% of electricty,while coal and oil together produced only 50 units.这句话就可以当作最好的例句了,前面表过去完成,后面表过去状态

ing修饰的是物 ，ed 修饰的是人，这句话意思是被什么什么怎么样了，就用过去式

记住ing是进行时，ed是过去时！！！
