In the first place, taking the education into account should be given priority. As an old saying goes that the young is the flower of the nation which means the quality of education domains the prosperity of the county. There is a growing tendency for young students to skipping the classes form time to time, moreover, some even drop out of the school on account of the idea that the study is monotonous and futile. What is the more, some parents still live the traditional illustration that girls is incapable of learning the knowledge which worsen the already grave situation. Consequently, it is urgent to eradicate the unfavorable phenomenon and cast the light on the compulsory education.

In the second place, the people's livelihood is another significant point should not be ignored. Assuming that people live a miserable life and be

compelled to face the dangers of starvation and exposure, how could you consider the society as a splendid and harmonious society and how shame of you to say you are proud of your county? Not only should we narrow the invisible gape of the unbalance of the poverty and the rich and remove it if possible, but also shrink the difference between the urban and the remote rural countryside. Besides, it is no denying that everyone is supposed to spare no effort to put the level of living standard into a more beneficial position.

Last but not least, on no account should we be bind to the value of economy contributing to the comprehensive development of nation. Capitalizing the funds in reconstruction of the buildings, unstable roads, inconvenient facilities and other establishments undoubtedly plays a necessary role in shaping a modern society. Meanwhile, grab the every opportunity to stimulate the further development of economy. Only the GDP increases in a positive, steady and rapid speed can the quality of people's improve to a new point.

All in all, Chinese dream contains the comprehensive progress of the all kinds of aspects. A more modern spectacular China is link to every individual’s effort.

In the past, China had more than 7 little countries., The Qin empire --- came from the northwest with an army to fight all china. In 10 years, they had conquered all countries and all tribes. This army, which ended more than 500 years of chaos in war-torn China, set up the Qin empire. Some countries close to China,were scared of the Qin empire’s army. The Qin empire’s army also fought with “Xiongnu”.and made them so scared.they moved to another place.

In the Tang Dynasty, The famous poet-“ Du Fu”, in the poem "Memories of The Past,"

depicts scenes about the Kaiyuan Spirit: remember The Kaiyuan heyday, the small Utah town of 10,000 rooms. Rice-fat and white corn, both public and private depositories are full. All the roads are without jackal tiger,Brigands men and women’s mulberry cultivation is not stolen……….”

At that time, the country was very rich, for the following reasons:

1, The Tang Dynasty’s farmers were using production practices, and improved the structure of the plow, and created a new type of irrigation tool.

2, The construction of dams in many places: Yellow River, Yangtze River and so on. A series of irrigation canals and drainage ditches and repairing the old river weir.
