小时，我常回奶奶家。我对那小屋，那一草一木，记忆犹深。更对奶奶烙的鸡蛋烙饼，尤为喜爱。

“嗞啦——”初入煎锅的鸡蛋，在油中鼓起一个又一个的小泡泡，随油烟泛起，蛋香与油香毫不客气地勾引着肚里的“小馋虫”。五六岁的我，眼巴巴的盯着油锅，嘴里的口水，不停地溢出来，又咽下去。更是忙不迭再往炉里添了些干玉米棒子柴火，让柴火燃得更旺些。

这时，奶奶只是微笑着推开快把头伸到锅里的我，又把擀好的面饼压在鸡蛋上。不一会儿，鸡蛋烙饼终是出炉——酥脆的葱花饼上盖了喷香的煎蛋，在阳光的照射下，泛起了金黄色的光，圆圆的，犹如一个小太阳，沾在饼子上。

如此美味，对于一个懵懂的“小吃货”，就是莫大的幸福了罢！奶奶看到我的吃相，只是微笑着，不时劝我喝口水，间或，问我好不好吃？——可塞了一嘴烙饼的我，又如何说出话呢？

后来，奶奶来电话说，因一场暴雨，专门烙饼的小灶台塌了。我只是无奈地“哦”了一声。

如今，我已长大。已不再贪恋那鸡蛋烙饼，亦不会为此有什么感伤了。

是呀！我长大了，奶奶却老了，以至有些老糊涂了。有时，竟忘记馒头如何蒸，这技能，曾经是她最拿手的。为了改善她的生活，爸爸把奶奶从老家接来了，由我父母来照顾。

一日，我正在奶奶家闲坐，看着阴沉的天空发呆着。奶奶突然开口说：“孙儿，要不奶奶给你做烙饼吃，你最喜欢的鸡蛋烙饼！”我惊诧地看着奶奶，心中正犹豫着，嘴上却已不假思索应答了。“嗯。”这时，奶奶笑了，眼睛都清亮了许多，自是很熟练地开始和面，竟有了些当年的风范。

当下，只不过是，不用再让我烧火了。不多时，鸡蛋烙饼已出锅了。奶奶，颤颤巍巍地从厨房走出来，满怀期待地看着我，像等待老师评分的小学生一样。果然，人越老，反会越像小孩子了。我拿起筷子，夹起一起口，吃在嘴里。嚼一嚼，真香！

奶奶看到我的吃相，一下子笑了。几颗残牙，全露出来，如同风中摇摆的老树，她那枯瘦的手拉着我，不住地抚摸着我的大手，一脸的幸福，写满了快乐与满足。

奶奶一生中，没有所谓的大事与壮举，亦不贪图金钱与名声。但她把所有爱，全部给了她所挚爱的人。包括我，她不懂什么是幸福，但她一定清楚，什么是快乐，满足了她的内心，便得到了快乐。烙饼虽有些焦黑，但是爱不会焦黑的，幸福永不会过火。

当阳光尽情地洒入小屋，虽小，只有一米见方，但这光足以照亮我的内心。我忘不了，那驼背的身影。

那一米阳光，或是被奶奶藏在心里了罢，或是揉进面里，烙在饼中。终究在我的口中发酵，氤氳在我的心中。

且就这样，我将永远珍藏那一米的阳光。

Hello！我是一粒米，你可别小看我，饭桌上可少不了我和我的兄弟姐妹们，在米中，我可是算得上“白富美”呢！要说起我的故事啊，那可不是一日两日的事了。

秋天到了，我在良田哥儿的精心呵护下，也成为了名副其实的“土豪金”。我坐着轰隆隆作响的收割机搬了家，和稻茎分离之后做了个小检查，只有像我这样含水量在14%-17%稻粒才算合格。通过检查后，我住在定期检测温湿条件谷仓里，这样才能保证我的口感最好哦。良田哥儿会根据销量或者预定来确定为我脱壳的时间，看到脱壳后的我像珍珠一样，良田哥儿笑的合不拢嘴。

在脱壳后还有道必不可少的工序，就是要检测下我的质量，通过含水量、营养成分两道检验后就可以装袋打包了。我的包装从内到外可都是经过精挑细选的，为了让大家吃到最放心的我，装米的塑封袋都是食品级的，塑封好后放在厚厚的纸箱里，还为纸箱套上了防水塑料袋，以保障我的我的质量及口感不被破坏。
