as we can say from the phonetic symbol they all contain the /p/
but I don't think people pronounce like /p/ in reallity.
I think native speakers tend to pronounce /b/ more often right?
like [sbə'sɪfɪk] ['sbeʃ(ə)l]?

I think any distinction in the plosive sounds of the words you mention is probably regional and insignificant or essentially allophonic. I would never recommend that students substitute a “b” for these “p” sounds.

这个涉及到清辅音浊化的发音规则
先举个栗子~~~~童鞋一起来~~~~~
student /st/ 都清辅音 声带不用震动的 /s//t/两个清辅音在一起后一个清辅音t有对应的浊辅音/d/,所以/t/浊化,发/d/音 nt 的 /n/ 声带震动,所以t就发本音
如果 /思丢等特/ 不浊化,变成/思特优等特/ /思特优/.那这就叫读字母.不是读单词.
compound['kɒmpaʊnd] 那你看 /m//p/放在一起,/kɒm//paʊnd/ 你可以这么拆分这个单词,com-是前缀,后面也能完整的读出来,所以/p/不需要浊化 而且 这个也不属于清辅音浊化的发生条件.见后补充的总价
同理
special /sp/ 都是清辅音 声带又不用震动, /p/对应浊辅音是/b/,两个清辅音在一起,后者浊化,所以念出来是发的/s/ /be/ /ʃ(ə)l/这个音.
那么归纳一下清辅音浊化发生的条件吧?
在同一个音节内,当一个清辅音前的音是/s/, 且该清辅音又有其相对应的浊辅音,在拼读时,需要让介个清辅音读成它对应的浊辅音,介就叫做音的浊化!
