我的理解是,miR396、miR397、miR398这样的miRNA在维管植物/被子植物中广泛存在,然而其他的miRNA则大多只出现在某一类物种中.
因为有很多保守性强的miRNA,通过降解mRNA调节某些最基础的蛋白的翻译,这些miRNA在很多植物里都是有的,但有些特异性较强,就只在某类植物中出现,而非整个被子植物都会有此类miRNA
