然后agent就要尽力去说服让caller不要取消卡,理由也有三个(3个理由都要用上):(1)It's a good line of credit.(2)It may affect your credit rating.(3)If you still have an outstanding balance..
总的来说就是caller要取消卡,然后agent要尽力去说服caller不要取消卡.
