In the information world nowadays, E-commerce is the outcome of the synthetical exercise of network technology, electrical technology and data processing technology in commerce field. It is a fire-new form of commodity trade. It not only gives birth to the roboticized, non-papered and digital economy environment of the society, but also changes the manufacture mode and management mode of corporations, as well as the operation environment of traditional accountant. The E-commerce in China is developing fast, and its influence to the economy of the society is wider and deeper, on the other hand, the audit problem comes from the accountant problem brought by the E-commerce environment is also outstanding. This paper firstly explained the concept and characteristic of E-commerce, and then analyzed the its influence to audit.
