【摘要】目的：探讨中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流在治疗中等量以上结核性胸腔积液中的疗效及安全性.方法：治疗组：经胸部X线检查或B超检查确诊为中等量以上结核性胸腔积液156例,用中心静脉导管行胸腔置管持续胸腔引流.对照组 采用传统反复胸腔穿刺抽液治疗的病人152例,结果：治疗组在胸水消失时间、胸穿次数、胸膜粘连、人均住院天数、发生并发症情况（胸膜粘连、胸膜反应、气胸、包裹性脓胸）等方面明显优于对照组.结论：中心静脉导管胸腔置管引流与传统胸腔穿刺相比,疗效确切,更安全可靠,缩短住院时间,减少了医生的劳动强度,值得在临床推广.
