随着时代的发展,自动化给人们带来了极大的便利和产品质量上的保证,PLC的出现也成为了划时代的主题,通过极其稳定的硬件穿插灵活的软件控制,使得自动化走向了新的高潮.
本论文设计了基于PLC和变频器控制的上悬式重力沉降离心机的控制系统,通过对整个工艺流程的大致了解,上悬式重力沉降离心机在运行中需要频繁进行多段速度的切换,由于变频器对电动机进行调速控制,调速范围大,静态稳定性好,运行效率高,使用方便,可靠性高,经济效益显著,并且比定速运行的电动机更加节能,因此,综合考虑采用PLC和变频器对电动机进行调速.在对上悬式重力沉降离心机的型号进行确定后,完成了对主轴电机、变频器、液压泵、液压泵专用电机等器件的选型;利用可编程序控制器对上悬式重力沉降离心机进行控制,选取了合适的PLC型号,进行了I/O点分配,编写了单周期运行、连续自动运行、手动、回原点等控制程序并进行了在线模拟仿真,观察程序的运行情况并分析所出现的问题,进行了程序优化.在系统设计时,采取了自锁、互锁等相应的可靠性措施,以减少干扰的影响,保证系统的正常运行.本设计初步完成了对上悬式重力沉降离心机控制系统的设计,但由于时间有限,上悬式重力沉降离心机控制系统各方面的性能还有待提高.

This paper was designed based on PLC and inverter control of gravity sedimentation centrifuge on floating.the control system,based on the process of understanding,gravity sedimentation centrifuge floating.the in operation of more frequent need for speed switching frequency,because of motor speed control,to speed range,static stability,high efficiency,easy to use,high reliability,and the economic benefit is remarkable,and the motor running more than varied energy-saving,therefore,the comprehensive consideration of the PLC and inverter speed motors are.On floating.the gravity settlement centrifuge model for sure,completed the spindle motor and pump,hydraulic converter,special type of device,etc.Using the programmable controller to floating.the gravity sedimentation centrifuge,select the appropriate control of PLC model,the I/O point distribution,write a single cycle operation and automatic operation,manual control procedures,origin and online simulation,observation and analysis of the operation procedure,the problems,the program optimization.In system design,take the self-locking and interlock such reliability measures to reduce interference,ensure the normal operation of the system.The preliminary design completed on floating.the gravity sedimentation centrifuge control system design,but due to the limited time,gravity sedimentation centrifuge floating.the on various aspects of the control system to improve performance.
