最初的信仰

虽说刚入冬，可天气已冷得刺骨。操场的草叶上，寒霜尚未融化，在阳光下反射点点冷光，寒风卷着落叶猛烈地吹打人群，如刀割般疼痛。

“学校怎么这样，这么冷的天非要升旗，想冻死我们啊。”我忿忿不平地喊道，立即引起了众人响应，“就是，以后更冷，干脆别升旗得了。”我无奈地摇了摇头，看向四周，今天是周一，照例是雷打不动升旗仪式，尽管大家堵隔江大愿意，可还是悉数到齐，因为缺席会扣分。

虽说人人到场，可一点升旗的庄严都没有，几乎每个人都全副武装，只留出一双眼睛，却还没有看向国旗，我和众人一样。自动忽略了国歌，和身边的同学聊天，只有跺脚声和谈笑声伴着国旗升起，我笑着评论着周围人的衣服和如何如何好看或犀利，同时不断寻找新的目标，就在我东张西望的时候，我看见了让我最难忘的一幕。

不远处的垃圾池旁，两名食堂的工作人员，她们均已过半百，国歌响起时，她们同时放下手中的垃圾完全筐，表情严肃地看向国旗，凛冽的寒风吹乱了她们花白的头发，好简单的工作服也被风掀起一角，根本挡不住寒气，可她们仍是肃穆地伫立在那里，看着国旗的眼睛里满满地都是热情与敬慕。我停止说话，只是静静地看着她们，国歌声停，国旗在风中猎猎作响，两位婆婆才弯下腰倒完垃圾，搓着手，拖着垃圾筐离开，我目送着她们转身才意识到身边的几个同学都已停止交谈，和我一起看着那一幕。此刻，一群人都陷入了沉思。

“下面齐唱国歌??”我猛然抬起头，看向旁边，几个同学都很默契地点了点头，然后将目光投向国旗，满脸庄重与严肃并满怀激情大声唱着国歌。“起来，不愿做奴隶的人们??”我们感觉到四周起投来了莫明的目光，但我们并不介意，仍市场唱着“前进，前进，前进进。”

北风仍冽，国旗在阳光下张扬，在风中猎猎作响，寒霜在阳光中反射的星星点点的光似乎也柔和了些。

人，仍是这群人，只是心中多了几分信仰与庄严。那是一份被唤醒的最初的对国家的信仰。

5吨垃圾，素质之鉴

古语有云：“勿以恶小而为之，勿以善小而不为。”

《中国环境报》综合报道，2013年国庆节，来自全国各地的约11万群众冒雨在天安门广场观看升旗仪式。然而，结束之后，天安门广场却留下了许多垃圾。随后，150名保洁员用了30分钟才全部清除。据说当时清扫的垃圾达5吨左右。随后，这5吨垃圾便被认为是出于国人素质不高，环境意识不足。

本事一件庄严神圣的事，而现在却需要透热大量的人力物力来清理丢弃在公共场合的大量垃圾。这不仅增大了社会的成本，而且还消耗了许多不必要的社会资源，也许也对升国旗的神圣带来了许多不好的影响。

但辩证法告诉我们，凡是都具有双重性。我们看问题要学会看问题的本质，不能用偏面的思想去看问题，雾里看花，是辨不清真相的。“11万”肯定会产生垃圾；而冒“雨”不也体现出了群众参观升旗仪式虔诚的态度吗？

冒雨看升旗，毕竟不是看热闹。内心涌动的想必一定是那最朴素而虔诚的爱国之情。乱扔垃圾是会带来一些消极的影响，但这真的就可以反映是国人的素质不高，环境意识不足吗？

当然，我们不能任其“垃圾”下去，我们已发现了问题就要去解决问题。而不是一味地埋怨和评论。妇检平潭县班车上添置了一些供乘客丢放垃圾的小桶，盒子等。这个小细节不仅方便了乘车市民而且也让班车的卫生状况得到很大的改善。

所以说，，面对这样的情况，我们应该静下心来分析原因，找到问题的症结。

人与人交往，国与国交往不也是一样的道理吗？

看到别人的缺点时，也要反过来看自己有没有。如果总是盯着别人看，那不管什么时候我们都不能看清自己，坐而论道，不如起而行之，爱国家，就请先爱自己脚下的那片土地。

所以，这不仅是素质的问题，也是公共服务不到位的问题，所以，寻找问题之道，从自身做起，共同保护我们的家园。

乱丢垃圾谁之过？

湛蓝的天空，被穿上了一层灰蒙蒙的外衣。清澈的溪流，被盖上了一层“五颜六色“的棉装。和煦的春风，吹起了漫天的黄沙。美丽的枝桠，舞出了呛人的灰尘。这，是谁之过呢？

小强和小丽在碧蓝的大海中生活着，住在碧绿的水草房中，睡在柔软的沙地上，吃着香甜的水藻。每天和同伴游历着海洋中的奇妙景观，时而追逐时而打闹。过着自由自在，无忧无虑的生活。

小强听到后，着急地说：“小丽，我们赶快回去报信，让我们的族人赶紧离开这。”说完，就拉着小丽向远方游去。大家正收拾之际，忽然听到轰轰的声音，塑料袋，化学物品，颗粒物??悬浮在他们周围，他们来不及收拾就向四处逃窜。小强带着几个同伴来到北海想要在这借宿，没想到这里也被垃圾包围了，他们又去了南海、西海??结果都是一样。最后，就留下小强一人，他的同伴在旅途中因受不了垃圾排放的气味都死了。小强的白肚子经污染后也被成了黑肚了，身上被割伤了数次。恐怕再也不能游了，小强在死亡最后呐喊道：“人类！你们一定会后悔的！”

In most colleges and universities the examination is used as a chief means of deciding whether a student succeeds or fails in mastering a particular subject. Although it does the job quite efficiently, its side effects are also enormous.

To begin with, examinations lower the standards of teaching. Since teachers are often judged by examination results, they are reduced to training their students in exam techniques. No subjects can be taught successfully merely through being approached with intent to take examinations. In addition, the most undesirable effect is that examinations encourage bad study habits.
